1. About Taxcoder
Taxcoder is operated by Davide Pollicino s.r.o. Taxcoder is an online marketplace that connects users with verified tax specialists in the Czech Republic. We facilitate the connection between clients seeking tax advice and independent tax professionals offering their services.
2. Use of Service
By using Taxcoder, you agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Specialist Services
Tax specialists on Taxcoder are independent professionals. Taxcoder does not provide tax advice directly. The platform facilitates connections and payments between clients and specialists. Each specialist is responsible for the quality and accuracy of their own services.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Taxcoder charges a platform fee on transactions. Refund policies are determined by individual specialists and Taxcoder's dispute resolution process.
5. Limitation of Liability
Taxcoder provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for any outcomes resulting from advice provided by specialists. We do not guarantee the accuracy of tax advice provided through the platform.
6. AI Connector Tools
Taxcoder may provide read-only MCP connector tools for AI assistants. These tools can browse public specialist information. The tools cannot book services, send messages, make payments, read private account records, or change account data. Users must continue any account action on taxcoder.cz.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Taxcoder after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
